iCloud Sharing on a PC without iTunes

I tried running iCloudSetup on my PC. It said it needed "Apple Mobile Device Support 4" and suggested I install iTunes 10.5. I run iTunes on my Mac would prefer not to have it on my PC. I could always install it and disable it, but I'd like to find a cleaner solution. I looked for a download of just the "Apple Mobile Device Support 4", but only found one sketchy looking site that didn't mention the version.
