Icloud shows more space used than actual used

my icloud suddently shows more than 50gb used that actual used.
I can see In apple troubleshoot that i am supposed to call apple support.
Next problem is i am traveling for 1 year and can not use my simcard from my own country which make it impossible to contact apple support!! Anyone know solution to why icloud drive show so much more space used?

Apple support has chat support, Twitter support, and email support. At least one of those ought to be available to you. You may be having a database error that only Apple Support can repair.

When i enter apple support there is only contact by phone.. ( they call me).

Do you link to any of the other support options?

As far as I know, not all options give you the ability to use chat support. If you’re using the App, it’s easier to kind of hunt your way around until you find an iCloud issue that will allow you to chat. Whomever you talk to should still be able to help.
