Hello,

I'm currently signed up to the 200GB iCloud storage plan. I was wondering if apple do price lock? The reason I ask is because I want to lock the 200gb price plan just in case there's an upgrade in the future with higher prices.

Apple do what they want. They will increase or reduce prices as they feel fit.

they stopped doing annual plans in 2016 I think. There is no way that I know of to switch for one. I wish there was

That link I posted is dated Sept. 2018 and sounds like they still do the annual plans.
That article says: "If you have an annual iCloud storage plan, you can switch to our monthly plans..."
There is no provision to change to an annual plan.
