iCloud iCloud storage shared with family - custom storage limit per member?

Hi,

is there any way to limit the storage for family members individually?

For instance, on a 50GB plan I want to limit every member to 10GB storage. Is this possible?

Not that I can see. I have a 2TB plan, and it shows as 2TB for each member. They have the option of not choosing to be part of the family plan and doing their own, but that's it.
