iCloud System preferences freezes

I just upgraded to Mountain Lion and every time I try to go into the system preference-> icloud the system preferences freezes and I have to force quite the app. The same situation happens when I go into the mail section. I tried deleting the icloud account, which it took a while, and re-adding it but the freezing issue still exist. Anyone has any idea what the issue might be?

Try repairing disk permissions. Launch disk utility to do so.

I have the same issue. I am not sure how to fix this. Hopefully someone does.
