iCloud tabs on macOS

I use the iCloud tabs feature very often on my MacBook pro.
Recently I accidentally it the "x" to the left of the name of my iPhone. Not just the tab but I "x-ed out" the actual phone and now I have no clue how to get it back!

Signing out and back in did nothing. Do I have to reinstall safari or something?!?!?

I found this screenshot online. The "x" for me was to the left of the name of the phone and I accidentally clicked it. :-(
