i get a constant iCloud terms and conditions message sitting on the top right side of my screen that i cant get rid of. i keep accepting the terms and it just sits up there like i never accepted it. any solutions for this? its been there for 3 betas now.

me too but i think i found out why.

On my MacBook I had my mail app configured to use a different appleID (on purpose - different mail account).

I had to go into mail account settings and then it resolved itself.


So, check there isn't another account somewhere you are using also.

This is indeed the issue, which has now been resolved on all my computers as I made a second iCloud account especially for my University/Work machine, this works!

What did you do when you were in Mail Account Settings? Did you remove the second iCloud account, or what?

EDIT: [Resolved]
I opened Mail, removed my secondary iCloud account (after a Ts&Cs prompt appeared, which I approved for the billionth time), and then restored it through the Internet Accounts pane in System Preferences. Finally rid of that godawful popup! Hooray!

Thanks for the tips!

I have a developer account configured for 2 factor authentication, I had to open "Internet Accounts" in System Preferences and it prompted my to agree to the iCloud terms and conditions for that account.
No more nag screen!
