Hi all
I have this question if I signed into iCloud from my iPhone settings not from the setup assistant pages when I set up my new iPhone as a new the first time I use it what would iCloud bring back or restore from the backup ???

To do a true restore you need to do it as part of that setup assistant from the beginning. If you do it after, it won't "restore" settings but it will bring in your iCloud data like contacts and calendars.

Sorry my friend my English is not that good what do you mean when you said " as opposed "

What I mean is those things I listed are synced with iCloud on any device you login with. The other things like settings you mentioned are not synced, but are part of the iCloud backup component you can see if you look in the backup tab in the iCloud settings. I just used the word opposed to point out there was a difference.
