iCloud updated the modification date on all folders to the same date/time

Hi all,
Odd one, All of the folders in my iCloud drive were updated yesterday morning at the exact same time. No idea what caused this.
I did add a new iPhone to my account, maybe that? However, I've never seen it do that before.

Aside from the annoying view hierarchy now, just a bit freaked that something like this happened without my knowledge.

From what I’ve found signing into iCloud with a new device (or a previously removed device) will reset the modified folder times for all folders, but it won’t change the modified times of the files themselves.
