iCloud Verification Required (every 24 hours)

Hi all,

I've recently noticed that it seems at least once a day either in the morning or at night, my iPhone keeps asking me to sign into my iCloud account.

It's never done this odd behaviour before, its literally once a day i get asked this. I'll enter my password it accepts and that seems to keep it sweet for 24 hours.

I've also noticed that none of my emails are pushing forward, I've checked and the settings for it are correct, this has only happened in the last few days. I'm thinking that (and i'm not sure why) these are both linked for some odd reason?

Anyone else come across this or got any ideas about it?

So what i've read from that is that its either Apple have put this feature in OR it happens overtime the phone has been turned off or reset, even on charge? Am i right in saying that?
