iCloud w/ iPad & iPhone 4s

Just wondering i have ios 5 running on my iPad 2 now. Once I get my iPhone 4s and log in with my account will it restore all my apps from my iPad to my iPhone? Also is the 5GB for each device or would I need to share that btw both devices?

It's per iCloud account, not device. Apps will, if they are compatible with the phone, but some are iPad only.
