I have a Mac, but I also run a Windows server that I would like the Photostream to reside on.

I guess I will keep on trying.

So, my wife and I share a single computer (use 2 different Windows accounts), will this let us both sync our Photo Stream depending on which one is logged in? So that, when my wife logs in to the computer, her Photo Stream is synced to the folder of her choice and when I log in, my will be synced.

I hope it works like that but, I wouldn't be shocked if it didn't. Apple seems to think nobody shares computers in a household so it wouldn't surprise me if it is limited to only on iCloud account for Photo Stream no matter who logs into the PC.
