iCloud Windows Sync Utility

I haven't been able to find an answer to this question so I figured I throw it out here to see if Apple covered it at some point....

Has there been any mention as to what will happen to the MobileMe Control Panel for Windows when the transition to iCloud happens? Will this thing still work on iCloud accounts?

My guess is that it will stop working when people upgrade to iCloud.

There's currently an iCloud Control Panel beta which I'm using to keep everything synced just like with MobileMe. People will probably get a message after upgrading telling them to download it.

What's annoying is that they have not fixed the biggest bug with this utility from MM to icloud. It still won't sync with Office 2010 64bit for cals and mail etc.

Makes it almost useless.
