Icloud?

Hi

I have a couple of days ago bought an iPhone 6s, but can not use it now because it says I need to log on with iCloud. I've tried and grab the seller so that she can close it up, but without success.
Someone who can figure out how to open it or know someone who can?
Paying course for the help.

Aside from the seller taking care of it (assuming it's his/her account that comes up to begin with) there's really not much else you can do.
