My friend and I are making an application for parsing comics from a web site called comics.com and we are requesting that I post his app. It has probably 25 series right now and will hopefully grow in the future.

LINK TO DOWNLOAD

Please post if you have any bugs, have a comic you'd like to be included, or would just like to comment.
Please e-mail me if you have any questions about helping out. We need people that can make really good icons. (xy1990@gmail.com)
If you would like to donate to the cause using PayPal, please send money to xy1990@gmail.com.

It'd probably be illegal because you are supposed to pay for it, but iComix Premium.. Just kidding. It will always be free and hopefully eventually include Dilbert and Peanuts after legal issues are resolved.

-Eventually we will try to do that but for now, we want to centralise the chaos that comics are on the web. We want to be able to organise them the way people want to read them. It's simply too hard right now to discover new comics, read comics, while not taking too much time on the internet. There are comics everywhere.

It's important to understand that we do not want to be bad with the authors. Without them, we wouldn't even be able to offer this app with new comics every day. In fact, we want to help the public discovering new comics, making all of them more and more popular... so making the authors' comics more requested and known. It's good for the public, it's good for the author. We want to listen to their concern and work with them.

I wish people will eventually love this app and open it regularly. Between this time and now, we still have a lot of work to do.

For now we made an app to see interests about it. We need more people involved in the program.

We would like:
1- Web designer
2- Interface designer
3- Buttons (widgets) designers
4- Beta testers.
5- more to come.

If you are interested about it, please send me a private message or reply to this post.

We all make this kind of mistake during our life. Then we want to see again what we were used to love during our younger days. I hope you'll be able to find them again.

We could address this issue, with time, by allowing people to speak with each others when reading a comics and see the user's favorite comics.

You could try to find a fan's forum about your comic and ask them about it.
