Icon Composer removed from Xcode 4.4?

I can't find it anywhere. It was previously moved to the menu bar in Xcode but now it's gone. The "More Developer Tools.." option doesn't seem to have it. Does anyone know where it is located?

Download graphics tools from the developer portal (a free account will get you access - see link above for where to find the tools). Its in the graphics tools.
