Jailbroken Iphone 5 on 6.1

upon downloading an app from the app store and having it install I now get a waiting progress bar on anything I updated or even have uninstalled and must tap the icon twice to get them to disappear after every reboot or respring any ideas as to how to fix. Its annoying that its showing apps that were deleted.

After trying everything another one in the books for an issue with bridge 1.1
