Icon Issues On iPhone

This is a noob question. What is the procedure in getting your icons to fully populate your phone? For example some pages on my phone may have 5 icons whiles others may have more. It just looks like a bloody mess!

You would move them around as you want basically.

Just press and hold on an app for a few seconds to enter "jiggle mode". From there you can arrange your apps by dragging them around the screen or to a different screen. When you're done, just press the home button to exit the mode.
