Curious, do you move your icons around, or merely keep it default, and when you install new apps, use the 'Reset Home Screen layout'?

I tend to move apps around from time to time based on my usage of them. Although I’ve kept the first page of my iPhone in nearly the same layout since my first Apple touch device (iPod touch) in circa 2009/2010 ish.

To add, I miss the days of using iTunes to move icons around. It was so much easier, especially if you were moving loads of icons around; like pages and pages...
