Icons have stuck loading badges help

Hey all,

I have a weird problem with my jailbroken 3gs. I downloaded a 3rd theme (classica) applied it (took the others off) but now the loading badge (I think thats what it is?) seems to get stuck on the doc icons. See pic... It seems random, if I resent sometimes its only 2 of them, then a 3rd will show up etc.
Any ideas?

That's backgrounder. You can turn that off in preferences.

ya its a great feature, would love it if they can turn it off on the apps that always run, like phone...

but small price to pay to remember you have something backgrounded.
