How do i make moving Icons for AIM mac?

just make an animated gif.
Image Ready can do that, also there are freeware programs on versiontracker than can do that for you as well.

I highly doubt you can create animated graphics within PowerPoint, but I may be wrong... but anyhow, just do what eva01 suggested. There are many apps available on the 'net that will allow you do exactly this.
