Icy problems

Ok sorry if this is a noob question but I jailbroke my phone with blackrain and I installed Cydia, Rock, and Icy but I want to remove Icy because it's giving Cydia all kinds of problems. I don't know how to uninstall it. Please any advice. Thank you for any help in advance.

you cant install ICY and CYDIA at the same time. your only option is to factory restore and re-jailbreak. Happened to me too!
