Assuming OP is seriously asking, I use VeroSMS for years and very satisfied with the results. It’s one time purchase. You should buy iPhone 14 now, it’s a huge leap from 7.
Nobody in my country use SMS anymore partly thanks to these ridiculous spam issue, and a lot of them are ads from the carriers themselves. The built in spam filter in Android's Google Messages is very useful. Wish Apple have the same feature.
