ideal running temperature

i just installed the smcfancontrol and it really works well. I was wondering what the ideal temperature (in FARENHEIT) is for the 2.16 macbook pro. I know people are going to say it depends on what you use it for so: a/v encoding, editing, etc. word processor, occasional game of chess. thanks.
