Hi, i'm not home right now or i'd show you a picture of the lamp i got for my desk.

From B&Q, it's like a silver paint finish, and has daylight lightbulb, which is highly recommended as it won't strain your eyes. It's also adjustable, and quite tall.

Think i paid £20 - £25 for it.

B&Q don't have any desk lamps on their site, you have to visit the store.

Make sure you get a lamp with a daylight bulb, i cannot recommend that enough !!

Sharper image has a few with "Daylight" I like the old school style with the metal some of them have.

Hi , thanks for your replys so far.

I was thinking about getting a nice chrome lamp , but was wondering whether there was anything more "white" that would look the business.
