idemocracy 2 instructions???

I did the 1.1.1 but then i had to do a restore, and i totally forgot how to use it and now idemocracy2 doesnt have instructions can someone tell me how to use it?

anytime i try to run iDemorcracy.exe i get a error thats like srry for the inconveience send report and dont send ect.

you have to install net framework 3.0, you can download that in the iDemocracy code page

When downgradeing from 1.1.2 to 1.1.1 i have to use "APPTAPP" and when i do i get that same error i got when i did not have that fimwire or wahtever but "APPTAPP" wont work...... =\ helpppp
