This one maybe... I know the icon is different colors, but otherwise looks identical. Maybe the developer changed the icon at some point.

It’s a podcast player according to the app description. Check it out for more details. I don’t listen to podcasts, so can’t be of anymore help than that.

@mattguy10 is correct. The app is Overcast. The icon the OP shared is an alternate icon users get if they pay the $9.99 premium subscription. I listen to podcasts almost daily and this is my go-to podcasts app. It's fantastic, even with the ads.

Any podcast that is out there...you can search in the app or paste a url to one into the app to download it.

I just use the free version and have no issues whatsoever
