Just went to open up a file on my idisk and discovered that all but 12 of them are missing. My ipad app shows 292 files, then immediately changed to 12. Iphone also. My other mac shows the same 12 files.
So, where are my 280 files? I have looked on-line in the cloud and it only shows the same 12.
Is there a back-up somewhere else. I do use time machine.
Got the feeling this is really really really gonna suck as these were very important files.

Knock on wood--I haven't had any data loss issues with iDisk. My first guess would be PEBKAC (Problem Exists Between Keyboard and Chair) but if you're sure that isn't it, contact MobileMe support and see if they can retrieve your files.

Good luck!

Found most of them in the Trash (Groan) What's with that? Making a hard backup before I do anything else.

Glad to hear. You might want to look into Dropbox, it's got a 30 day backup of all your files in case you accidentally delete one. PM me if you'd like a referral. :)
