Hi guys,

Right ive had MobileMe for a while now and i've had it on my Old Macbook, and currently have it on my Mac Mini and my new Macbook Pro.

On my old Macbook and my Mac Mini when i select what i want to show on my Desktop from the sidebar preferences i tick all 4 boxes

Hard Disk
External Disk
CD's/DVD's and iPods
Connected Server

and that how i like it because it has my Macs HDD on the Desktop only then when i connect to something it pops up aswell.

However on my new Macbook Pro the iDisk appears on the Desktop aswell with my MobileMe user name under it when you select the show External Disks. But does not do it on my Mac Mini?

Any ideas?

Cheers

Matt

Go to finder preference and tick idisk from "device"

Hi,

I cant see any differences everything is ticked the same?

Hmm its has now magically appeared on my Mac Mini.

It gives me the option to eject on my Mac Mini but not on my Macbook Pro?

Only thing i can think of is i have never had it on 2 Macs at one time and maybe its them picking each other up?

Ive always only had 1 mac at a time now i have 2 both with MobileMe running.

When it comes to mail/calender/ and contacts, it's all the same on multiple devices.

iDisk should be the same at taking whatever is in iDisk and showing up on the 2nd device.

No idea what the deal is.
