It is a shame that such a great tool had to be shopped. I am now using Dropbox which offers same (if not better) service level. The problem with Dropbox is the low amount of space I have. Where as in MobileMe's iDisk I had full 20GB access, Dropbox only gives a mere 2GB; however, I have managed to increase this space to ~10GB with referrals, beta testing and the Scavenger Hunt. Still need another 10GB...

Why Apple? Why not save such a nice feature?

I prefer Dropbox to Google Drive. Dropbox currently has better integration with many iOS apps. Also, sharing a file in Dropbox is much easier.

However, using the Insynq app on your PC or Mac with multiple google accounts, you can have much more total space (5GB per account). Also, the Insync app makes sharing a bit easier for things on Google Drives.

I use both. Dropbox for iOS related documents and Google Drive for others.
