I'm just posting this in case others are having this problem and are getting the same delays from MobileMe support.

I contacted them on September 10 (11 days ago) and after an hour "chatting" was elevated to email tech support.

My iDisk (on all 3 computers) and only my iDisk, not my wifes or the Apple test account, won't sync. I recently upgraded to 10.6 on all 3 computers.

I do not encounter error messages but the status remains "Syncing iDisk ..... checking items" without changing.

Anyone else have a similar problem? I'm amazed that they could spend 11 days working on something like this, but who knows how much is going on behind the scenes.

I've had a problem with my calendar (not able to access it at all) for over a month with no resolution, even though it was escalated to "engineer" support level 2 weeks ago. They won't give me any indication of when the problem will be fixed.:mad::mad:

Started happening about 3 weeks ago.

I'm wondering if there is an issue since 10.6 came out. It seems the engineering support folks (I guess they'd be level 3 support) are VERY slow.

I'll get an email telling me to try something. I do and it doesn't work. Then it takes days for them to send me another communication.
