Does anyone know a way around the iDVD problem where, as the film progresses (usually happens by the 40-50 minute mark) the audio gets a fraction of a second ahead of the video? My main use for the program is to make DVD's of my band's live performances. It's pretty frustrating to watch a gig where eventually the drummer's sticks are hitting the drums after you hear them. I was hoping it would be fixed by now (problem has been around forever and I've submitted lots of feedback about it) but I just burned one with 4.0.1 and it's still there.

What is your source? A mini-DV tape? A VHS tape? Just curious.

I use my singer's Sony digital camcorder. It's about two years old I think, and records digitally on Hi8 tape. The movie plays perfectly in iMovie, but the DVD's always lose sync between the audio and video after you get a ways into the video. This is a pretty big size bummer for me, since I'd really like to have GOOD copies to archive these performances.
