Right, i am trying to burn to DVD RW, so am using the export to dmg trick before using toast to burn. The problem is at stage 3 it randomly kicks out, i have no programs running.
I'm using a eMac with
1Ghz G4
640 MB ram
plenty of space on my hard drive
I'm running OS X 10.3.4
any ideas?
Cheers

open Utilities - Directory Access and uncheck all the checkboxes.

open System Preferences - Sharing and uncheck all the checkboxes.

it might help.

What if you try to burn directly to the disk instead of creating a disk image first? Does it still crash?

edit: Apparently this was my 100th post, as I see I'm now a MacRumors regular. Not a terribly exciting 100th post, was it? Maybe I shoud try and think of something incredibly insightful and unique to post in this space instead. :)
