iDVD image incomplete... please help

Okay, I am burning a movie on an aspect of 16:9 widescreen. When it finishes the disc pops out, plays well, but the screen says incomplete and to make another copy I need to do the whole process over. Why does this happen? Is there anyway to fix it? Any help would be much appreciated because I need to make many more copies ASAP.
 
please, I really need help here. I updated my idvd and now it freezes during asset encoding of the menus.
