Is there a good App that lets you Test Muliple Browsers
like Internet Explorer 6 and 7 on a Mac ?

You can try them with Crossover
I am not sure if it works with them or not

If not, you probably need VirtualBox + Windows (or Fusion or Parallels)

Crossover!

I use crossover and have IE 6, and IE 7 installed.

I use IE 6 for the cameras in the daycare for watching my kid! (The camera would not work with Safari, or Firefox)

I plan to use it for IE 7 for all the "specialized" webapps.

I am glad to hear you testing with multiple browsers, a bunch of websites I use can only be viewed by IE, or Firefox (not inclusive).
