If I download an iPhone app through my computer will it push to my iPhone with icloud

will downloading apps on your computer make them automatically go to your iPhone or iPad with iCloud active. Or can you only get the apps to push to your computer or other ios5 device.

in other words i know you can download iPhone or iPad and it will go to the computer but can you do the opposite?
 
This feature is turned on in iTunes and on your devices. It's actually quite neat and handy.

Under APPS when your phone is connected (or not if you're on your wifi network) you'll see this:
