If I get a Merom MacBook Pro, will I need windows 64 bit edition?

Not to mention that there is no way in hell the Merom MBP will support more than 4GB of RAM…

No. XP x64 isn't even supported by the MacPro.

Okay. I was just worried that somehow knowing Microsoft they would require a 64 bit OS to run on a 64 bit chip.
