If I go Android what alternative apps are there for these that are just as good or better?

That being said, I don't think my response will be anymore helpful. Do some research on your on in the Google Play store. Apps like Dark Sky exist on Android, and there are even better alternatives. Also, you appear to be using multiple adblockers (Wipr was always sufficient for me), which is interesting. Anyway, Android handles that different, as in Google doesn't want you to block ads in chrome. Yet, unlike iOS, you can pick you default browser and it will function in place of chrome with system level integration. There are numerous privacy, ad-blocking browsers available that do even more than Wipr can on iOS (example being Brave browser).

Ad Guard on Android is monumentally better than the iOS version, it have much more security options, and works as a firewall for apps as well.
Or you can use the built in PrivateDNS feature, which is just DNS filtering. So actually I use both PrivateDNS and Adguard. I disabled the DNS filtering in Aguard, and use PrivateDNS.
Netguard is a firewall program, but I feel like you might as well use Adguard instead of this.
Cercube: These apps you can't get from the Playstore because downloading YouTube videos and some other things violates YouTube TOS. "YouTube Vanced" is a YouTube alternative and is excellent, but it doesn't allow downloading videos ( unless you sign up for YouTube Premium).

Larger marketshare will have more choices and usually better options due to greater competition.
