If I import photos from my camera roll into mobile Lightroom and I delete them from Lightroom, will they delete them from my camera roll?

I know this might be a really dumb question but If I import photos from my camera roll into mobile Lightroom and I delete them from Lightroom, will they delete them from my camera roll?

I just don’t want to accidentally important photos from camera rol permanently. I assume they won’t delete but wanted to make sure

It shouldn't, but why not just take a test picture, import it and then delete and see what happens?

Would be the quickest way to know for sure.

No - the images are in Lightroom's own local storage.

Like the others already said, no they won’t be deleted from your camera roll. And Lightroom mobile also saves deleted files for 60 days. So when you accidentally throw a photograph away you can always recover it within 60 days.
