As the long thread title says (sorry about that) If you got sick of windows that you installed in boot camp after making a partition using the boot camp utility.. how do you uninstall windows and re apply the partition windows was on back to your leopard partition?

Can you simply use disk utility to wipe your boot camp partition? and then can you re apply that space back to your leopard partition?

"Between the Hedges"
Use the Boot Camp Assistant to delete the partition, not disk utility

Doesn't take a big risk putting the partition back together? Backup your drive first.

Hugh

Little to no risk. Disk partitioning in Leopard is non-destructive. As far as backing up, that should be done regularly anyway (like brushing one's teeth or changing underwear ;)), making a "special" backup in this case redundant.

You do back up regularly, riiight? :D
