If you have a jailbroken/unlocked iPhone DO NOT UPGRADE TO 3.0 yet

I've seen countless threads on several message boards with people freaking out because they have upgraded to 3.0 and lost their jailbreak/unlock and cannot downgrade. QuickPWN is supposed to release an update for 3.0 tomorrow sometime. Until then be patient and wait. If you have already upgraded I've heard you cannot downgrade so you will have to wait until tomorrow anyway. Just a heads up.

Put it in DFU mode, restore to 2.2.1 or whatever, and call it a day.

the dev team has already said that any device on 3.0 will be fine for unlock when it is released. regardless of the baseband etc
