If you trade in your MacBook for a new one can you transfer Apple care?

Im trading in my current MacBook that I am paying per year for apple care. If I trade it in what happens to the Apple care plan? Can I Transfer to the new one?

You can get a prorated refund if you paid the 3 year annual price at once. If you are paying yearly, there is no way to get it transferred or refunded.

That’s the way. You get 60 days to purchase the 3yr AppleCare+ before the chance expires.
