iPhone If you update OTA can you still jailbreak?

Yes you will be able to.

The whole point of restoring with iTunes to 6.1, however, is so you can save usable SHSH blobs to re-restore your device if anything goes wrong with said jailbreak. After the jailbreak comes out, apple with most likely release an update and stop restores to 6.1. With these blobs, you will always be able to restore to 6.1.

The jailbreak hackers strongly recommend you restore to 6.1
This has always been the recommended method to jailbreak

I didn't bother restoring. I just updated from iTunes. I'm sure it'll be fine.

It would work but they're advising using itunes instead in case you need to use your shsh blobs in the future to stay on the JB train.
The fix is plug it to itunes and just hit restore.
It will just reinstall 6.1 and you'd be ok.
