I don't see the differences between BusyContacts and ready-to-go Apple Contacts.
I subscribe to CRM Journal but not pleased with it. So I'm considering BusyContacts. I need to be able to sort various business lists and resources and Apple just doesn't do it for me.
Thank you

Hi there:
I am interested in this also. We need a good, light-weight, Mac-based CRM as well. We do advertising sales to local businesses and don't need anything heavy. Insightly was too much for us. Used ACT! back in the day and it was perfect, but now it is too complicated and PC based. I have heard that people really like Busy Cal. Let's hope we hear from people who have used Busy Contacts.

I have been a user of both Busy Contacts and BusyCal for a number of years. Both programs are excellent for anyone in the sales field and Busy Contacts for anyone looking for a easy to use CRM. Much more detailed than Apple Contacts, which it can import. Busy Contacts will record all sent and received emails within the individual clients details if you use either Apple Mail or Mailmate through a free plugin. This for record keeping is excellent. Both programs have some customization available. The developer is constantly making improvements. Both are very reasonably priced
