I had this happen before with Ifile, as well as, with Icleaner Pro. Try re-booting. If that doesn't work. Uninstall and re-install. Then reboot.

The install iCleaner Pro (free) and clear cache/temp files. Then try reinstalling. iCleaner Pro is a very popular and IOS 7 compatible Cydia app Repo for iCleaner Pro: http://exile90software.com/cydia/
