Whenever i install iFile my tweaks in SB go missing neither i can find them in Spotlight .. the tweaks which are usable through settings are still there ... i unistall iFile all my tweaks are back ... Any one else experiencing this?

yes, i experienced this when i first jailbroke my phone.
i installed ifile and my springboard cydia apps went missing. i got a bit busy and thought i'd look into the matter later. after a few hours, i rebooted my phone and all was fine. maybe i got lucky. try respringing and rebooting. also, make sure ur apps didn't get shifted to another page. that happened to me once, where i had a blank page with no apps in between my springboard pages.

Same happened here... i rebooted installed iFile and tweaks are there but happened twice so i thought i MUST put some light on this issuehi again
