iFixit Reveals the iPad has 512MB of DRAM

Updated to add the 'per die,' which was added after I posted this. I hope a mod edits the topic title so it's less misleading.

When you edit, you can actually rename the thread title also. No mod needed.

They updated their site. They now say they were mistaken and it only has 256MB of RAM.
