Ignore 10.10.1 Update

So I'm a Mac developer, and I downloaded Yosemite GM Candidate then updated through the app store when they were there were updates available.

Now the App Store is now telling me that 10.10.1 is available. I don't want to install this so I control clicked on the update and chose Hide Update but it doesn't disappear.

Yet its still showing up in the App Store and when my Mac restarts, it tells me that a new software update is available. I choose hide update again but it doesn't hide.

Its driving me insane! Anyone else have this issue? If so how to you resolve it?

Go into the preferences pane, select App Store, and try turning off automatic features.
