ijailbreak 0.5.1 and Books app question

I upgraded my 1.1.2 jailbroken phone to 1.1.3 today and then jailbroke it using ijailbreak 0.5.1 in OSX. Now when I use Cyberduck to try and move files to use in the Books app instead of a Media folder I see a Media_sym, which I think is a symbolic link. I tried creating a ebooks folder in that but Books still can't find anything. Anyone have any idea how I might fix this?
