Now what am i doing wrong? i restored the phone and updated to 1.1.3 but i still won't work. Could someone please help me? I feel like a retard here since it's supposed to be so easy to do.

Check out my post.

Maybe its because your using Tiger, like me. I got the same issue.

I got similar errors, by using an earlier version of ZiPhone (1.0), putting the phone into recovery mode myself and trying it about 5 times i got it to work. Persevere with it because when it does work it's amazing.

Ok sounds good, but where can i get my hands on the older version?

Solution for all yours problems with your iPhone.

First: Restore the iPhone from iTunes. Click in restore buton and wait the restore process.

Second: Run the aplicattion iJailBreak 0.5.3. The link is http://ijailbreak.com/

This aplication put your iPhone 100% well. This jailbrack ou jailbreack and unlock. After 3 minutes the iPhone is fine.

3.er: Voilá. The iPhone is operational.
Tell me anything.

got the same error from ZiPhone and tried ijailbreak 0.5.3 but i still get an error(apple script). any solution for this?

I still get error messages, have tried different versions of both ziphone and ijailbreak....

I think it is because you are running Tiger... I'm having the same problem and getting the same error message. Frustrating! :(
